Marubhasha is an alternative way to write Telugu invented by K. Kiran Kumar.

Notable Features

Type of writing system: Abugida / Syllabic Alphabet
Writing direction: from left to right in horizontal lines
Used to write: Telugu (తెలుగు)
Consonants have an inherent vowel. Diacritics are used to indicate other vowels.

Translation

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
