Some kind of English or creole from Jamaica or somesuch.
Jamaican Patois
Jamaican Patois was my guess too!
Undoubtedly a Carribean patois. I would have guessed Jamaican but for the fact that Jamaicans are known for saying “aks”, whilst the speaker in this clip clearly says “ask”. Perhaps both variants exist even within Jamaican patois. The pronunciation sounds very much like Jamaican English, which is quite distinct from other West Indian accents, I think.
The language is Jamaican (Jimiekn/Patwa/Jamaican), an English-based creole spoken mainly in Jamaica.
The recording comes from YouTube.
Nice, we all got it!
