It has a certain Spanish flavour to it as well as Polynesian. Is it Chamorro?
I think that it is an Amerindian language. It reminds me of Lakota in “Dancing with Wolves”.
The endings and prefixes sound Austronesian to me, but not Indonesian. And I’m not hearing any actual Spanish words. I’m going to guess an Oceanic language.
I think a Mexican language such as Zapotec.
The answer is Jakaltek / Popti’ (jabʼ xubʼal), a Mayan language spoken in northwesetern Guatemala and southern Mexico.
