It has TV/DVD, Ample luggage room and climate control.The Stretch H2 Hummers can accommodate from 2 to 22 passengers. It has TV/DVD, mini bar/ wide fridge and plush leather interiors.
VANS
In the Vans there are mini and full size Vans.The mini Vans has ample space for 5 passengers plus luggage space. It is highly recommended for airport transfers.The large vans can accommodate 14 passengers. It has tinted windows, cloth interiors, AM/FM dual cassette deck, two way digital communication and rear luggage space.
BUSES
The buses can accommodate from 49 passengers to 56 passengers. It is mainly used for airport transfers and city tours for large groups. Mini-vans have 30 minutes free on domestic and on international flights.
How will the passenger come to know about his vehicle and his driver ?
The driver will usually wear a uniform and will hold a placard containing the name which will be easy for identification. The meet and greet is a great way to be welcomed by the transport company.

What is the credit card processing procedure ?
Your credit card will be charged on the day of reservation placement. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler
.What if the customer is not able to arrive or make it up on time ?
It will be treated as a NO SHOW and the full amount will be debited. To avoid No Show call the toll free and intimate the despatchers can locate the driver and help him to identify the passenger.Email or call toll free before hand if the plans are changed.
What is the procedure to cancel a pick up ?
All cancellations must be made within 24 hrs prior to the arrival. To avoid the cancellation charges the passenger must cancel the reservation within 24 to 12 hours before service time. Confirmation number must be provided for each reservation.Email your cancellation 24 hours

Is there is guarantee of service?

How are the hourly rates?
The rates are by the hour (BTH) also known as A/D (as directed). 2 hrs minimum on weekdays (Mon-Thur) 3 hrs minimum on weekends (Fri-Sun) 5 hrs minimum any day if traveling outside of the greater city limits
RESERVATIONS
The reservations are done on line via the internet. There is a separate provision for members and non members.For members a login ID and password is provided and for non members a separate application for is provided which has to filled on line.
