Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

Romance, probably one of the Swiss dialects?
Esperanto? It sounds like it’s not the mother tongue of the people speaking.
Definitely not Esperanto.
It sounds Romance, maybe Aromanian?
Romansh/Rumantsch, perhaps? In some places of the record it sounds Italian-like, but with different phonetics and flexions.
Without first reading the other opinions I guessed one of the Romansh dialects from Grisons but reserve the right to be equally wrong.
Alexandros Kefalas instead of Jesus this time? Makes it easier, doesn’t it?.
According to Google he is an athlete who started at the Sotchi Winter Olympics in the skeleton competition for Greece, but didn’t make it to the final heat.
And the reason why a somewhat unknown Greek athlete is the subject of a Swiss radio or TV broadcast is simply because Kefalas has made his home in Switzerland.
That makes me think that our language of the day is Romantsch, while the other Rhaeto-Romance languages are spoken in Italy.
I guess seveal others have beaten me to it.. I can definitely hear the Rumansch “tgi” which corresponds to Italian “chi” or French “qui” for “who”.
The answer is Romansh (Rumantsch), a Romance language spoken in the Swiss canton of Grisons (Graubünden).
