A German dialect, not sure which, but it sounds north western Frisian or maybe Platt Deutsche from around the Danish border.
Certainly sounds German – something South German perhaps? Schwabisch perhaps?
I agree with Roger. To me it sounds like Low German or Frisian with some Danish influences.
Walliserdütsch? Or maybe one of the German dialects spoken in Italy?
An Upper German variety
This is Alsatian, spoken in the French region of Alsace.
Yes, I think Patrick is right. My suggestion was based on the fact that in words where standard German has ü this reading has i, which led my to think that it is probably a German dialect spoken in a border region with a romance languages, but I didn’t think of Alsatian.
The answer is Alsatian (Ëlsässisch), a West Germanic language spoken in Alsace in the north east of France.
