Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

I think I hear influences of Portuguese and West African/Bantu in the accent, so I’m going to say it’s spoke somewhere in Brazil, but can’t get any more specific than that.
A clue: it’s spoken in Southern Africa and isn’t a Bantu language.
We’ve already heard this recording! Tshwa on 17/4/2016.

Yes, you’re right Sameer. Sorry about that.
The language is Shua / Hietshware / Tshwa (Shwakhwe), a Khoe language spoken in central Botswana.
The recording comes from the GRN.
This is a Khoe language? Were there any clicks in the recording?
Neil – there aren’t any clicks in this recording, as far as I can hear, except possibly a dental one near the beginning.
