It must be Turkic, but it’s neither Turkish nor Uyghur.

Since Altay was suggested I went on the page for Altay on Omniglot and listened to the sample video. The timbre of the voice of the woman on that sounded almost exactly the same as in the quiz. I am also curious as to what sounds lke counting as many of the words the series seem to end in “tel-le” That’s got me REALLY wondering!
Yes, it sounds Turkic. The significate of the word ‘bu’,sometimes heard in this audio, is ‘this’ in Otoman Turkish and probably it will be the same in this language an others of this family.
