Well it certainly has the retroflex sounds I have heard in Hindi so I think it is at least from the Indian subcontinent. That’s about as far as I can guess with so many languages there.
I’m going to guess a lesser-known Indo-Aryan language, like Assamese, Bhojpuri, Chhattisgarhi, Rajasthani, Haryanvi, or Sindhi
The answer is Torwali (توروالى), a Dardic language spoken in parts of Pakistan.
