Definitely closely related to French. My first thought was also Lorrain.

Je suis d’accord que c’est une language basée sur le français. Puisque la pronociation est très claire (plus français en comparison aux créoles), je dirais que tout le monde ici est probablement correct et que c’est le Lorrain.
Je demanderais aux francophones ici d’excuser mes fautes que j’ai faites en haut (langue et prononciation). C’est toujours une bonne idée d’examiner ce qu’on a écrit avant de l’envoyrer!
I agree that it is Lorrain, for a very characteristic aspiration of this language, which is like the Spanish ‘j’.
The answer is Lorrain (Lorin), a Romance language spoken in the Lorraine, part of the Grand Est region of northeast of France, and also in Alsace, and the Gaume region of southeast Belgium.
