I am of two minds. The voice timbre suggests an African language but could be something from Indonesia? I am also aware of the music in the background that sounds Asiatic to me. Whittling it down merely to Africa and Asia tells me it’s going to be a very hard job even to begin to think of what it could be. I will leave it to better and sharper minds! Lwc da!
I think it’s an Indonesian language. I hear a few Indonesian roots, and the vocal timbre of the singer is Indonesian.
The language is Sunwar (सुनुवार), a Kiranti language spoken mainly in eastern Nepal, and also in Sikkim in northeastern India.
