Albanian? Maybe…?
A wild guess: Romanian?
It’s not Romanian. Romanian is a Romance language. I’d also have guessed Albanian.
My guess was Albanian… I tried to think of what it was before listening to the clip, just based on the clues, and Albanian was the only European language I thought of, and when I heard the clip the voice sounded very European to me.
Is it Basque?
ummm Basque or Greek I would say
but unfortunately I’ve never heard Albanian before so I can’t put it on my list 🙂

Sounds like Finnish.
Finnish is related to hungarian and also estonian and I think the three of them are somehow connected to turkish!
The answer is … Albanian. Well guessed, Chibi, Halabund and Trevor.

sounds like Finnish? definitely not! Finnish sounds like an Elvish language 🙂
and yes Hungarian,Finnish and Estonian are related but we have nothing to do with the Turks as far as our languages concerned. The Turks just happened to occupy and stay in Hungary for about 150 years and before that in the distant past we were living next to each other on the wide prairies. So we Hungarians borrowed many words from Turkish languages but not our northern relatives. so if this means connection then yes we are connected 🙂
