The music reminds me somewhat of the band Tinariwen, so I’m guessing a Tuareg/Berber language.
I agree with Drabkikker as far as the music is concerned and although the lyrics can’t be clearly heard, I also go for a Berber or at least some Afro-Asiatic language.
I’d agree that it’s something from northwest Africa but virtually impossible to know from the music and what little is said.
Here’s a clue – this is a Berber language.

You’re right Hank, it is Tamahaq, a Northern Berber language spoken in southern Algeria, western Libya and northern Niger.
