It sounds African with Portuguese overtones. Could it be a Portuguese-based Creole?
I was thinking something very similar about the accent and that I heard the word “nove”. But almost all the words sound like they resemble Swahili a lot so I’m guessing it’s probably a Bantu language from Mozambique or possibly Angola.
The language is Sena, a Bantu language spoken in Mozamique and Malawi.
