There are some sounds that make me think it is a North American indigenous language but I hear something that sounds somewhat tonal and the timbre and/or accent makes it sound either Asian or a Central/South American indigenous language. This is a hard one!
I agree with you, Hank. This could be a tonal language and they can be found everywhere, including the Americas. But even if it’s not tonal, it could still be a Native American language, at least it sounds like one to me. Difficult …

It’s Yucuna.
Hank is right – the language is indeed Yucuna (Jukuna), a Northern Maipurean or Arawakan language spoken in the south of Colombia
