It’s Rīga the capital of Lativa where people speak Latvian and Russian. 🙂 Planning to go there so time this year. Just a hop, skip and jump from Tallinn.

bueno que sepáis eso, pero ¿cómo la identificaron? la arquitectura? vale, yo pensaba que este sitio se situaba por flandes o algún lugar por allí debido al río, los edificios . . . pero sucede que nunca me había pasado por allí así que no baso mis pensamientos en nada en particular. que paséis bien!
