Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

African language? somewhere I think in the central area Congo or Zambia?
Africa. That’s all.
Tiv? It sounds like one of the Grasslands “semi-Bantu” languages of northern Cameroon and norteastern Nigeria. It has all the syllable structure, tones, central vowels and implosive voiced bilabial stops as well as voiced bilabial fricatives that I seem to remember from papers on Tiv phonology. Could also be Jukun, I imagine — or, as I said above, one of numerous related Grasslands languages.
Sort of sounds like a mix between Shanghainese, Hmong and a Bantu language.
Sounds like Tibeto-Burman
The answer is Babanki or Kejom, a Bantoid language spoken in southwestern Cameroon.
