It sounds to be a dialect of Scots Gaelic or maybe Manx.
Sounds like a Native American language, and I’m going to guess something Uto-Aztecan.
It’s more the voice of the speaker than what she says that reminds me of a clip about the Haida language I saw on YouTube the other day. That would mean our mystery language of the day is spoken in Western Canada up north to Alaska.
