Pretty sure it’s a North American indigenous language. I thought I heard the word “dene” which I believe is part of the name of a language group. As well, some of the consonant sounds as well as the timbre of the voice suggest this .
The language is North Slavey (Sahtúotʼı̨nę Yatį́), a Northern Athabaskan language spoken in the District of Mackenzie in the Northwest Territories of Canada.
Possibly Native American (North American?).
