Apart from enhancing the health care scenario, standardized language has several connections with the nursing education, administration, and research. Nurse educators can use the standardized language to educate aspiring future nurses. They can teach students the use of Omaha system and CCC. In the usage of the standardized language, nurse educators also play an important role and help the students to study and acquire knowledge actively. This will also help in the implementation and wide adoption of the standardized nursing language.
Standardized language can help in enhanced data collection, keeping a record of the nursing care. The records can be used eventually for the interventions across various settings. Many organizations are now shifting towards electronic health records and electronic documentation. Since the nursing data can be stored in computers, these collected data can be used to facilitate better services in the nursing care. the extended use of the standardized language can help in conducting major research on standardized nursing languages.
