A-tom-tom Code (/-\\/\-\\/\ ////\//////\)

A-tom-tom Code is a simple alternative alphabet for English made up of different combinations of forward and back slashes. It was invented for fun by Hayden, who imagines it used as a code for telegrams. It aims to be more orderly than Morse Code, on which is was modelled.

Type of writing system: alphabet
Direction of writing: left to right in horizontal lines.
Used to write: English, and could be used to write other languages written with the Latin alphabet.
