The Lines and Circles alphabet is the creation of Massimiliano Monagheddu from Sardinia. He was influenced expecially by 'Phags-pa script for the consonants and by Arabic and Hebrew alphabets for vowel system. This alphabet can be used to write many languages but is best suited to writing Italian and English.
