Salian Salian

The Salian script was invented by Mina McVinnie to write her constructed language, Sala. It is an abugida or syllabic alphabet in which consonants have an inherent vowel /ə/.

Múfrukàqúhàl ùjúhi traskáqa húmusàpan sùmbumwi hai ðjúlumindu hai pravìqávìlindi íñùli. Roþwàlaqáhàl la núrhùlindu hai cágonodendeh hàjá bùl sársomáqeh ajùwírohonjeh súsùruðjundu azbástinàñen.

Translation

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
