Surat Filipino is an alternative way to write the languages of the Philippines devised by Rodien Perillo Feranco. It is based on Zurocha's Surat Bisaya script, which is based on indigenous Philippine scripts such as Baybayin and Hanuno'o. It is also known as Modified Surat Visaya.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
