Finnish Tengwar is a way to write Finnish with Tolkien's Tengwar alphabet devised by Kuutti Saarivirta. It can also be used to write Estonian. There are two modes: Tehtar mode, in which vowels are written with tehtar (diacritics) that appear above or below the consonant that precedes them, or over a vowel carrier if there is no preceeding consonant; and the Full mode, in which vowels are written with separate letters.

*The letter anda (ð/đ) is used to write the Kven dialect of Finnish. It appears in archaic words like /voiða/ (compare modern /voida/). /d/ typically evolved into /ð/ under Swedish rule.
