Full Russian Tengwar Alphabet (Полный Русский Алфавит Тенгвар) Tengwar for Russian

The Full Russian Tengwar Alphabet is a way to write Russian using Tolkien's Tengwar alphabet developed by Murray Callahan. It is version 3 of his attempt to adapt Tengwar for Russian. He initially wanted to use tehtar for vowels while working on version 2, but it was scrapped, probably due to the complexity of the language and/or the use of both the hard and soft signs. So he decided to move on to the next level and create a fully alphabetical mode, with all vowels written as separate letters.

Notes

Consonants are always doubled with an underbar, except for м and н, in which case they are instead written as the tengwar malta and númen respectively. This rule is influenced by the Beleriand mode.
