How to count in Aneityum (Anejom̃), a Southern Oceanic language spoken on Aneityum Island in Tafea Province in the south of Vanuatu.
Note: only the Aneityum numbers from 1-3 are in common use. After that, Bislama numbers (fo, faiv, sikis, etc) are used. The Aneityum form of twenty, nijman erou un reduon means ‘2 hands and 2 feet’ and is no longer used.
If any of the numbers are links, you can hear a recording by clicking on them. If you can provide recordings, please contact me.
