Senyas Baybayin (Baybayin Signal) is a manual alphasyllabary that was created by Tim Liwanag. It uses fingers, hand shapes, or hand motions to spell out Baybayin script characters.
The script can also be used as a font for writing, but the true value and exceptional features of the script is meant for sign language (a communication via hand movements instead of spoken words).
To use these Baybayin characters as signals, signers must learn the basics first:
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They
are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another
in a spirit of brotherhood.
