Kobo is a Bantu language spoken by about 50,000 people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In particular, it is spoken in the territories of Masisi, Walikale and Lubero in the south of North Kivu Province in the northeast of the DRC.
Speakers of Kobo call their language Kɨkobo and themselves Bakobo. Kobo is written with the Latin alphabet.
