Chulym (Ось тили / Τадар тили)

Chulym is a member of the Siberian branch of the Turkic language family. It is spoken along the Ob and Chulym rivers in the Republic of Khakassia in eastern Siberia in the south of the Russian Federation. In 2010 there were 44 speakers of Chulym, all of whom are older adults. Younger Chulym people speak Russian.

Chulym is also known as Chulim, Chulym Tatar, Chulym-Turkish or Melets Tatar. Dialects are Lower Chulym and Middle Chulym or Melets. It is related to Khakas, Kamas and Shor.
